Annual Memorial Day

Stepping Stone Hospice’s Annual Memorial Day takes place annually on the 3rd Sunday in September in the hospice’s garden at the In-Patient Unit in New Market Park.

The annual event sees families and friends gather together to remember their loved ones and reconnect with those who cared for them in their last days.

Families and friends are encouraged to bring along a small photo, letter and/or token in memory of their beloved, to put inside a memory capsule that is placed in the hospice’s Garden of Remembrance on the day.
