The memories of Freddie’s mother’s final days still linger in his heart. The love, care, and compassion she received at Stepping Stone during her toughest moments will always be engraved in his memory.

Though she may be gone, Freddie knew that he had to do something to honour her memory and give back to the place that had given her so much comfort. Freddie decided to take matters into his own hands and organized a group to help him with a special project that is close to his heart.

Together, they set out to repair the uneven paving, cement an area on the side that lacked any paving, and fix the gutters that had been in disrepair for far too long. But that wasn’t all – they also had their sights set on revitalizing our pond, a serene oasis that brings joy to many.
