Do you have any preloved spectacle frames and/or spare hearing aid that you are no longer using? Pay it forward and donate your old hearing aid to someone in need.

Your old hearing aids must be in working condition and no older than six years. We also welcome donations of preloved spectacle frames. Your generosity will make a huge difference in somebody’s life.

The donated frames are repurposed through the Lions BrightSight project office in Benoni. Suitable frames are then fitted with new prescription lenses and supplied to those who do not have access to the traditional routes of obtaining corrective spectacles.

Established in July 1978, the BrightSight project has supplied thousands of corrective spectacles to people in need throughout South Africa as well as the neighbouring states. For more information, contact Alberton Lions via email at vision@albertonlions.co.za
