A Morning with Jeremy Mansfield

Stepping Stone Hospice CEO, Tersia Burger, and Fundraising Manager, Marietjie Tame, were invited as guests of the Alberton Record to a breakfast brunch hosted by Alberton High on Friday morning, 12 May. There they met the “the big man” Jeremy Mansfield, who was guest speaker at the breakfast.

In his address, Jeremy placed emphasis on the fact that one “should never give up on giving”, a lesson he said he learned from the late Nelson Mandela. “And as Raymond Ackerman once said, doing good is good business,” he added.

He commended Alberton High School for their role in providing so many avenues for their learners to excel and become the best they can be. The school’s Hotel School Academy prepared the breakfast and all the guests were unanimous in their approval of a great menu.
