In terms of the progress of the building of the new extension, we now have regular meetings at the architects’ offices in Meyersdal with all parties concerned. We have received a bill of quantities and are in the process of negotiating further sponsorships. The plans need to be submitted to council for approval, this could be a 3-month process. Tersia is awaiting signatures from the church before we can submit. It is envisaged that we may be able to start building in January 2017.
